What is the treatment for dengue fever?
“Because *dengue fever is caused by a virus, *there is no specific medicine or antibiotic to treat it. For typical dengue, the treatment is purely concerned with relief of the symptoms. Rest and fluid intake for adequate hydration is important. Aspirin and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should only be taken under a doctor’s supervision because of the possibility of worsening bleeding complications. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and codeine may be given for severe headache and for joint and muscle pain (myalgia).” *emphasis added by /NM _____________
Far to long, to many respectable and believed (creditable) medical professionals across all contemporary disciplines of health care practices (and their allied supporting health care massive industries) have refused stubbornly, and in some cases, in perhaps pretentious arrogant ignorance of well documented natural alternatives. Natural alternatives practices and facts, defy there not being, any anti-viral treatments, or most important anti-viral cures.
If we assume treatments address symptoms, can we assume cures stops an illness and can even heal damaged vital organs. How can I, a professional woodworker by career, make this challenge to the (World’s most foremost health care professionals and health care massive supportive industries)– simple; “I learned to touch-type in ninth grade, was taught script writing in elementary school, and I took some of the best teachers seriously; “There are no stupid questions”.
Now to alternative medicine the truth:

Re:Papaya leaves for speedy rise of platelet count in Dengue
14 July 2011 (note: This is a follow-up of a first article published in the BMJ in 2008)
1st paragraph: “Dear editor: After *my first published article, on the effect of Carica papaya leaf juice on dengue fever patient in Sri Lanka Family Physician – 2008, 29, 17-19 and details about this research in the independent medical association news letter of Srilanka , there was a wide publicity to these findings in the local and international media. This resulted in *many patients using this simple herbal remedy on their own when they were diagnosed as having dengue fever. Many patients under my care living in and around my medical clinic (Maharagama – Sri Lanka) took this treatment on their own accord and I had the opportunity of observing the effects of Carica Papaya leaf juice on about 60 dengue positive patients which included Hospitalized patients- including 10 treated in the Medical ICU. *highlighting added by /NM
2nd paragraph: …I have observed that Carica Papaya leaf juice brings speedy recovery to dengue patients with great beneficial effects.”

In closing, to enlighten the uninformed of us in the world community search melaleuca oil.
Tea tree oil has been scientifically investigated only recently. Some sources suggest beneficial medical properties when applied topically, including antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiseptic qualities. It also has beneficial cosmetic properties.[ – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea_tree_oil
