Wanted and sorely needed, anti dengue fever dedicated leadership, that leaves out modern medicine!

Call to for courageous leadership

There are two main simple, speedy acting, natural cures that have been recently receiving much attention in leading Asian newspapers.

  • Both cures are similar.
  • Both will rapidly raise blood platelets in just 24/hours, eliminate the need for blood transfusions,
  • Both begin repairing liver damage healing, stopping the onset of dengue haemorrhage fever.
  • Patients experience a strong sense of recovering within the first 24/hours.

What I am advocating is engaging the power of the creditable press to bring a sustained period of news reporting, in front-page releases, educating all of the public on one or both of these cures.

Dengue: an escalating problem

Re:Papaya leaves for speedy rise of platelet count in Dengue

ADear editor:

After my first published article, on the effect of Carica papaya leaf juice on dengue fever patient in Sri Lanka Family Physician – 2008, 29, 17-19 and details about this research in the independent medical association news letter of Srilanka , there was a wide publicity to these findings in the local and international media. This resulted in many patients using this simple herbal remedy on their own when they were diagnosed as having dengue fever. Many patients under my care living in and around my medical clinic (Maharagama – Sri Lanka) took this treatment on their own accord and I had the opportunity of observing the effects of Carica Papaya leaf juice on about 60 dengue positive patients which included Hospitalized patients- including 10 treated in the Medical ICU. Based on the above paragraph this would be an ideal a great undertaking for the International Red Cross or Red Crescent. Lives could be saved the same day if they would respond to this global crisis.

Neem-papaya jucie passes dengue test

Scientists dropped the four strains of the dengue virus on the cell lines (drawn from the gut cells of dengue causing albopictus mosquito) and added the herbal preparation. Normally, the virus would have entered the cells. “After two days, we found the cell-lines were unaffected. The virus was neutralized by the herbal formulation. Further tests showed it blocked the virus from entering the cell. In cells where the virus had already entered, it prevented multiplication,” said King Institute director Dr P Gunasekaran”. If one or more leading Asian newspapers would accept this humble request to do at least a week sustained news feature, helping every single person to understand one of these creditable cures– the death and dying of innocent children would stop- immediately!

Who will accept the call to leadership! I voice this in a great nation and call upon the spirit of Mahatma Gandhi to guide this appeal. (This too; “We Shall Overcome” in memory of Martin Luther King, Jr.)
